Uttarakhand. (23-09-24) Several competitions were organized on the topic of cleanliness is service at Rashtriya Shaheed Sainik Smarak Vidyapeeth, Nainital. In the speech competition organized by the Central Communication Bureau, Nainital, Sachin Kumar came first, Bhavna Kohli second and Himanshu third. Anju Shahi Akash was declared the winner for writing the best slogan. Shreya, Bhavna, Rakshita and Kamal got prizes in the quiz.

Program coordinator Sharmishtha Bisht said that the Government of India is running the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign across the country from 17 September to 2 October. The aim of which is to make people more and more aware about cleanliness.

Principal Tara Bora said that the Central Communication Bureau has inspired the students to do better in the field of cleanliness by giving them awards.

Anand Bisht said that during the program, the children also sang the cleanliness song collectively. During the program, plantation was also done in the school premises under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign.

Regional Publicity Officer Neeraj Bhatt said that CBC Nainital is organizing small programs at school level. Efforts are being made to increase public participation through the programs. DS Mehra, Kundan Singh, Jitendra Bhatt, Vimlesh Goswami were present during the program.
