Now registration of customers staying in Dharamshala will also be mandatory

Dehradun. The police administration has become alert after the increasing criminal incidents in the plain districts of Uttarakhand. In view of this, DGP Abhinav Kumar has given special instructions to the hotel and Dharamshala businessmen at the police headquarters. He said that it has been observed that after committing a criminal incident, the criminals rent a room in some hotels or Dharamshalas without giving identity cards and then escape from there after getting a chance.

Due to which the police have to face a lot of problems in searching. Uttarakhand DGP Abhinav Kumar has requested all the hotel businessmen and Dharamshala owners not to rent a room in their hotel to any person without identity cards like Aadhar card or driving license and also register the phone number of the people coming.
