Dehradun. In the current scenario, Sarvadharma seminar was organized at Raj Bhavan on Saturday. In this event, Governor Lt Gen Gurmeet Singh Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and representatives of all religions participated and showed their commitment to the unity and integrity of the country. On this occasion, the Governor said that this event is an expression of our shared responsibility towards the nation.
The Governor said that today we are all standing here from the boundaries of religion, caste and opinion and looks alive like our army and soul of India standing on the borders. He said that as a former soldier, I know that the greatest strength of a soldier is his family, his country and his morale and today our seminar is a symbol of strengthening the morale of the soldiers.
The Governor said that the basic message of all religions is the same. He said that Hindu religion survey teachs Bhavantu Sukhin: Sikh religion sees everyone with the spirit of Ekam. Buddha says that be your lamp yourself, while the principle of Jainism is that non -violence is the ultimate religion. He said that Islam teaches us that do not partition, in Christianity, it has been said that peace is the children of God, thus gives us the message of unity, compassion and peace in all teachings.
The Governor said that our army is attacking those who spread terrorism and terrorism through Operation Sindoor. He said that through our daughters Colonel Sophia Qureshi and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, we are constantly delivering information about Operation Sindoor and both of them are demonstrating the strong mother power of strong India.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Dhami said that whenever our nation faced war -like situations, people of all the opinions of the society, people of sects, communities and sects together have to convey the message of national unity, brotherhood and peace. Whenever there has been a crisis on the country, the people of India have faced it unitedly in the interest of religion, caste, language and region. Our Vedas have also said, “Sangchh flag samvadh flag no.” That is, “Let us all go together, consider with a mind, and move towards a goal.” The basic objective of religion is to establish truth, love, compassion and harmony in society.
The Chief Minister said that Lord Shri Ram killed Ravana in Treta and established religion. In Dwaparyuga, Lord Krishna inspired Arjuna for religion against unrighteousness in Kurukshetra. Guru Govind Singh ji sacrificed his entire family to protect religion and country. Jesus Christ gave the message of love and forgiveness and Prophet Mohammad Saheb showed the path of harmony. All our religions have always given the same teachings that when unrighteousness raised the head, remaining silent also has to promote unrighteousness. Our nation has always stood in favor of religion, truth and justice.
The Chief Minister said that the brave land of Uttarakhand has always presented an example of patriotism, sacrifice and sacrifice. Our brave soldiers have increased the pride of the nation in every struggle, today we also have to stand firmly with them.
